Exactly like the KUB rims.

Photoshop edit.
Actually honestly to say,at 1st in my imagination i thought that the Citaro would look terrible with the kub rims..But actually upon seeing the pic,it dosen't look that bad.Looks equally nice as the standard Citaro rims as well..It blends in nicely also with the Citaro's stylo body. :)) ![]()

Onboard SBS6049Y today and noticed there is the beware of steps sticker pasted (like those found on the KUB steps) on the leftside rear face to face seats. There is also a WAB sticker pasted on the exterior beside the exit door.

Rode 197 from BDK to JEI today. Among 10+ SBST Citaros in C&C I saw 2 SMRT Citaros (I think thet are cos they're white) parking at the very inside. One more difference I saw, other than the 3rd brake light, is that the air vent thingy at the back, which is grey on SMB136C, SMB139U-SMB148T, is white on the incoming Batch 2 SMRTaros.
And all the SBST Citaros I saw have rimguards fitted. (crossing fingers hoping they'll not be removed)

No more rimcaps due to the sliver coils installed on the nuts of the Alcoa rims.

because they never go fit the rim caps for 1100 KUBs... haha. oh that should be the job of HG BA or Scania who build the chasis...
those ALCOAs on our K's didnt come with rimcaps i suppose? back when the 1st K's were damn new the rims were bare already.

it's like the rimguards of O405s/MK IIIs and IV buses. keep taking out and putting in to maintain the wheels system, then in the end, remove it. Afaik the rimguards take alot of force to remove.

nope. Stock Alcoa rims only. No rimguards or rimcaps.

wha today BC drive Citaro on 28 (6059T) DAMN shiok sia. Almost cruising at 60km/h on 3rd, into 4th at last minute, zamming accelerator, revving out all of the OM906hLA's potential. Overtook many cars which were going 50, while engine roared 2 rows back. He overtook more cars than I ever saw on other bus rides.
Well, if the MAN NL323F can be the Ferrari of buses, I think Citaro can be.... S63 AMG? Or S500? Comfortable and stylish, with the oomph and power when u need it!![]()
