  The unassigned Citaros in HGDEP are only limited to run on 109 for now. I believe that once more services in HGDEP starts operating with Citaros, the usual perms would be back. Just like those days when HGDEP had a huge intake of K230UBs before they got assigned to 27.

  156 according to ett should have 10 WABs, I believe that 1 of the WAB slot is still operating with a non-WAB perm. Similar to service 113 when 801G replaced 8242S, the ett still reflect as WAB...

  for now, no.

  SLBP put only 2 DD slots on 183, and they're all S.

  though it may end up like sv86, where there could be up to 3 DD running AP.
