Why would Mercedes not used common parts in their line of buses for easier manufacturing and maintaining of customers? I should now quote a line from TIB868X himself.

I think TIB868X kept cyberbullying people so much he forgot his own words.What does tyres have to do with common parts? If the customer opts for a different tyre size for a certain reason, they will just obey if that does not affect the safe operation of the bus.

SMRT wont buy anymore CBU Citaros let alone Citaro Gs..They easily can save cost by buying lots of MANs with cheap bodybuilder..Van Hool is another option for them since part of it can use MAN engine as an option.The only regret that they dun buy lots of OCs..134 units and 4 of it are training buses and 6 wrongly deploy on RWS.Would be happy if they buy at least 200 units.
