  I wonder what with the jump in regos. 1stly the BSEP ones are a major jump from 300 to 3000 then 300 to 1200. So there are 900 new buses in the near future from SMRT?

  Most likely they skipped to 13XX to avoid confusion with the TIB registered plate buses..
