AMDEP/BRBP/SLBP's Citaros deployments had oredi been finished, fixed and matured. This marks the official end of SBS Transit's Mercedes-benz O405 replacements.
Also, did u guys notice the weird door closing sound on SBS8258Y?

Yeap, old style doors closing chime mixed with the new one, but the original chime on 8258Y was spoilt.

8258Y's original chime was spoilt, so HGDEP decided to replace it with the old styled chime found on the Striders, DM3500s etc., and later, a new standard SBST chime (the "ding dong ding dong") was installed, so in the end there are 2 chimes.

Btw last month when i passed by SLBP,i saw a Strider parked in the 1st floor with its front badly damaged.The front part of the roof was badly dented out of shape and was caved in until the front door.So this is 1914H.I wonder when it got into an accident.Because i dont remember anyone reporting here about it's involvement in an accident.

so 8258's high tune "ding dong ding dong" was spoilt, replaced by the B10M ones, and then afterwards installed with the new lower tune ones commonly found on the EEVs and wrights and citaros.
Which means it now sometimes ring the old one and sometimes the new one?

Meh. Idc whether the chimes are faulty, best not let me catch 1 with the long "Beeeeeep" sound on KUBs. I hate those chimes on DM3500s. On a B9TL CDGE last time, I remember the chime was replaced with a low tune ones, like those on Wrights. And on a Trident, the door chime was replaced with "Beeeeeeeeeep" and it's annoying. Lol. Makes no tempo to see a sliding-plug door with "Beeeeeeeeep" lmao. -

SBS8258Y's chime IS the beeeeep one b4 they replace it back to normal!
So here is the whole thing, in case u dk...
Original chime spoilt ---> Replacement chime from B10M ---> New chime installed (found on most EEVs).
The CDGE u talking abt is one on BBDEP rite?
