  The old red coloured SBST bus stop plate for svc 103 at the Jln Kayu bus stop has been removed and replaced now with a plain blue coloured plate with just the number 103 on it.Actually i saw this on last month,just that i forgot and am posting it now.
  
  So now only left the Ghim Moh Terminal bus stop opposite the rubbish dump with the old SBST plate now??

  Heard rumors that the current Serangoon bus interchange might be a temporary one. They might build a bigger one as an integrated hub, with residential, in the big field in front of NEX.

  Not sure if this is a good or bad news...

  Huh? I went to there on 10th March and found that that place is still intact.

  This is bad news. The current Serangoon Interchange is an air-conditioned one, why would they still need to waste even more money to construct the third bus interchange in Serangoon?

  Maybe you've no idea why the small int was built in the first place... As far as I know, it was to make BI 'closer' to CCL..

  Simi logic.. Most of the commuters are from NEL actually.

  Oh I see. But actually, this got to do with my feeling that 84 will be withdrawn and 82 will be amended back to ply Serangoon - Punggol Road.

  Most probably they snapped at a certain spot in Mount Faber where Parks 409 did not ply at all.

  What happen to it? I checked One Motoring but it did not mention it being deregistered so I don't think it has been scrapped.
