  Should be opposite Lor 1 Geylang ter i guess. That site is under quite a big construction...

  I seriously doubt so. That's a prime land, beside MRT. The govt would rather build residential or commercial projects rather than a bus depot.

  Second your thoughts. The current construction work there is to provide some drainage to that big piece of land I think.

  It's impossible. Govt will not waste that land, it is near the MRT as mentioned and it will rather be redeveloped as residential and commercial site to increase the land value there. And the land is small (can't park many buses) and expensive. It will be stupid for SMRT to spend money on that piece of land for a bus depot.

  Hmm right but the former Kallang gas land possible?I dun think its a big one probably just fit in 150 buses.Like dat can convert Lor 1 into bus park ardy.Spend $$ build fences a proper auto bus wash and pump island.Think 90 buses can fit in nicely..

  The Kallang gaswork location was just a stone's throw away from Lavender MRT right? Still prime land within the town area, unlikely that they would allow it to be used as a bus park given how our govt operates.

  Seriously I don't think the govt will build any bus depot in the city area, because it is the land they can make money on. You don't even see much industrial area near the city or in the city. So very highly residential and commercial projects are the only ones that will dominate the city area. Bus depots are mostly situated in industrial estates where the least pollution can affect residential and commercial sites.
