Spotting at Bedok today

  Today is real wierd .
  
  3 MK buses on bus 33 (driver had difficult starting 706's engine )
  Mark 4 DM 3500 on bus 25 ( saw the bus from far )
  Mark 4 DM 3500 on bus 26 ( 2809)
  Mark 2 Alexander body on bus 196
  Mark 2 DM body on bus 30 (1814 )
  Scania 0037X on bus 30
  999U in service on bus 18 today
  9846T on bus 168 today just behind 9847R

  I have seen a DM bodied Mk II (converted a/c), followed by a Mk IV with an Alexander Strider body, and then a Mk III B10M/DM. 3 different marks, and body styles.

  With 2 huge events happening now (opening of NEL and phasing out of LO 2 axles), I think SBS Transit would make huge bus transfers around the island. Maybe what we are seeing now are trials of feasibility of the intended transfers.
