  Amendments on Sunday, 4 May 2003:
  
  Service 83 will be extended to Edgedale Plains.
  
  Final route of service 83:
  
  After the opening of Punggol station, the service will be extended to connect residents to Punggol station, bypassing Edgedale Plains via Punggol Central.

  Well, I think it's good to extend Svc 83's route, as it could help to serve more residents in Punggol New Town. Also, it helps to link Punggol and Sengkang efficiently before the commencement of the Punggol LRT.
