  I think 25 might be lower down in the priority for Wrights compared to 70 or 133 from AMDEP's view. Cause 25 actually has CDGE B9s, 70 and 133 don't. 

  But if you think logically, all 3 services stand equal chances.
  70 needs 3 more WABs to hit the min quota (there's just 1 more LO 9137G left though).
  133 needs just 1 more WAB to do the same (there's 9097M & 9189G).
  And 25 needs 3 more WABs as well (there's 2 LOs 9079R 9141T).

  25 have so CDGE B9TLs, think they don't need new Wrights at this point of time.

  25 despite competition from 854 has got all-day high pax loading at practically all sectors of its route.

  25's demand is very high, still need the current double decker fleet but just don't need Wrights for now...

  I just don't understand why did HGDEP sent more and more wrights to camo on 43...
  43's demand os only at it's ending points...
  [ Punggol - NEX ]
  [ East Coast - Paya Lebar MRT ]
  The demand can just be filled with a k230ub...
  Citaros won't fill it. It doesn't have a citaro perm but have TONS of citaro CAMOING especially those that belong to the [ HGDEP SP ] group.
  At least they don't have DDs on weekends.
  [ Normally seen them doing services like 165/161/147/74 ] - SBS3003Z, SBS3004X
