Sv99 might be partial control by SLBP now? since there is change of timetable this week... did any of the new wrights spotted on other BBDEP service? there is two persons spotted 3191 on Sv30 and another person spotted it on Sv99.. so high chance that SLBP might control some duties of Sv99?

what explaination from Sv_238? you mean sv60/185/174/22/58/25 etc etc does not get their perm wright directly after they were registered? you believe that what sbs2656x said? that sv88 is the only service that get perm wright immediately after they were registered?

For svc 99, so far I only know they deploy quite a number of VO3x back on this service.
Maybe insufficient place in SLBP? -
