wonder why so many WEGs to HGDEP still as SP BUSES as of now ! as specially those like 3091T 3092H 3093M 3103T 3104R 3127H and some more came to HGDEP for so long already still not perm on any svcs yet !

I honestly think that those from 309x series should have some perm service by now. Go observe where they've been appearing lately more consistently and I think you'll see a trend..

74's problem lies on 74e and BBDEP, not HGDEP. 74e doesn't use DDs and DM3500s perm from BB.
87 is sort of SD advertisements. SBS2660H got ad on 87.
147 same case with 87.

Actually, I don't know why 74E doesn't use DD. It shoud. If you see the loading, there are around 20-25 pax who enter at Dover, and around 30-40 pax at Ngee Ann (Clementi Road). Overall the bus has around 70-75 pax, good enough for a DD for express service. Also if it is possible, the bus should operate as 74E only till AMK Station and then should become 74 as the bus normally goes empty from AMK Station to HG. This way it can be used to clear crowds at AMK.
I don't understand why advertisements should deter use of DDs. The bus with advertisements should be moved to another route.

74 is clearly HGDEP's most neglected service. Not even one perm B9TL when most other services have got by now.
They have thrown so many DDs on 132. It should be transferred to 74.

Not the first time. 7725Y did Sv 8 before from BN side + another 2 which I can't remember which (I think one was 3006R or something), BRBP side IIRC one of the Sv 154 Wrights did do Sv 8 before. So both sides did have Wright cameos..
