  For 570D, It is 178 duty 04. 654X should be shifted to duty 10. 639R is duty 09.

  One of them replaces 651D, which has gone over to 859. 480E is off for refurbishment, so possibly taken off roster, so that makes 2.

  167 duty 12 is 651D

  So either way, 647S 649L 651D, (duty 10,11,12) or Duty 11,12,13 (655T) gets kicked out.

  480E still down? It shouldn't take long when 483Y-490B has already came out long time ago.
