SBST = 8 (needs some WAB DD replacements), 42 (when SBS993K goes off), 115 (when SBS926E goes off)
SMRT = 176, 188

BRBP is not a problem, CGBP needs 4 replacements.
9 also just needs 1 replacement.

Service 74e and 91 had ett revision on Tues 23/9. I wonder if it is something to do with 74 going WAB on that day or not.

Actually, BNDEP/CGBP have a handful of Citaro intakes that are still not assigned to perm yet. Even the 66xx ones are still running around as spare.
It would be good if these 66xx one by one comes in perm to kick out all the MK4s. I believe by doing so, services 9, 42, 81 etc should be able to go WAB.

Yes.. they dont need 179 to go WAB as it is student service except the one stop before PIE and aft st 91.

no.. they are having the special timetable due to the F1 race and revert to normal timetable on 23/9/14. a lot of services all are having special timetable from 17/9 to 22/9.

Hi Mr SBS3004X, I am sorry for writing wrong information in my earlier posting. Indeed, most bus stops along 179 route are Wheelchair Accessible. The only one bus stop that is not Wheelchair Accessible is bus stop #27221 (Sch of CEE). That one I think it is because the bus stop is too steep (gradient too great) for wheelchair to board/alight the bus.

I doubt Sv 153 will turn WAB.. 153 just reprinted new service guides accurate as at 14 Sep 2014. I don't think it will get another reprint in less than 1 month due to WAB. -

SBS919B will be de-reg within 1 month, so just kick it to SP and replace with a KUB or Citaro.

I'm actually quite surprised that 92 is declared WAB..
The only time was when I got a KUB on 92A

Looks like they will replace 5 or 6 of the DM3500s on it with K230UBs or Citaros...

Govt should lift the ban of buying new low entry buses.. SBST can opt for K250UB,K320UB,Citaro LE,B8RLE. SMRT can opt for MAN LE,VDL LE -

LOL, I refering to how not all services need to become WAB, not bus models... But I won't be surprised if Scania K250UB or other models are bought under BSEP and likely under the two operators. Just that some people will complain about the mass number of new buses from the same company, no diversity and so on...

188 candidates if several bendy slots convert to DDs
963 if O405s slots convert to A22s and all those bendy slots to DDs

Upgrade all O405s to ADLs. Use the ADLs to replace outgoing O405Gs as well.
This way, there should be enough WAB buses.
