  Tampines has the most number of Non WAB. It will takes dunno how many donkey years 8,23,28,31,37, 81

  If Amdep decide to deploy 2 A24s and 2 A22s alongside 3 Habits on svc 800 then its qualified for WAB.67 and 963 anytime will go for WAB.

  only wen 60% fleet wab then can call wab. still time.
