169 can already, 19/29 bus. They can add 1 or 2 DD if they want to.
190 30/44, confirm can already
963 dont need say. 925 full WAB already
960 21/31, i think this one also can but maybe add more bus
854 also need a bit more
Actually, I do think Sv 23 and Sv 81 might go WAB status in the upcoming rounds. Because if anyone had noticed, these 2 svcs were one of the few that didn't have a E-timetable for donkey years. And yet recently, magically on SBST's website, there's e-timetables for them now..
Quite likely too that Sv 81 might get a fleet upgrade from SD-to-DD after the 3 Striders go off. I can't see how they could deploy KUBs or Citaros to replace all the 3 Striders given the timings the 3 Striders are on now for AM Peak (with all the school children and people rushing to get the early NEL train)
Maybe not all 3 slots upgraded to DDs, but I think one of the 3 slots upgraded with the remaining 2 slots replaced by Citaros is a high possibility.
As for Sv 23, honestly, it depends on how early they want to pull 9413J and 9414G out of Sv 23. I mean, given how they replaced 9522C and 9526S on Sv 168 with the Wrights when they still have alot of months left, I guess the issue of lifespan expiry isn't the main issue for Sv 23. They just need 4 more WABs anyway.
Based on the recent BBDEP redeployment, looks like 200 should be going wab in the next wave.
As for me SBST doesnt have any problem for their svc,Look how many buses are they buying..SMRT still shy to buy many Double decker buses

if i am not wrong, now all SBST trunk/feeder all have ETT...it does not mean anything at all..

have SBST/LTA fixed/renovate the boarding area for Sv8/23/81? are these 3 service still using the end on berth? are these berth suitable for the PIW to use?

sv 81 has by far been ignored by both LTA and SBST. Loading on the service is quite good and warrants more DDs. After striders go, at least 2 of the 3 SD slots need to be upgraded to DD. Just 6 DDs is too little for this long distance express sector service.
SBS Transit: 8, 81, 84, 89, 122, 200

963,301,983,925 should go first.
975 only 10/21 WAB, not enough.

LOL...804 on hold first. Wait till they got more A24s.

Actually no eh, i think differently from you. Yes, 6 DDs is kinda little for Sv 81. But the thing is, they usually bunch together during Peak. So the bunching kinda spreads the load out more evenly.
So far the 3x E5 KUB replacements for the 3x de-reg Striders seem to be coping fine. But then again, these 2 weeks seem to be the sec-sch exam period, so not everyone is going to sch at the usual time..Probably the difference will be more obvious after june hols
This isn't exactly related to WAB bus services, but the bus instead.
SBS9564G (HGDEP SP) on 43 today on SBS9532Z slot. A PIW (yes, passenger in wheelchair) was spotted on board this bus at 2.30 pm.

so how did that PIW board the bus when the entrance/exit all have the handle bar?

The PIW was already on the bus when I boarded.
From 14 June 2015, services 106, 190, 301, 804, 911, 963, 983 will be declared WAB..saw from FB..

As expected,I forsee 804 will get 3 A24s and the current 4 A22s to compliment the 5 Habits.911 surely 3 Habits out and 3 A24s in to compliment the 5 A22s and the remaining 3 Habits.301 & 983 is naturally WAB.106 a bit suprised,Most probably 6 Habits replaced by 6 DDs..190 & 963 qualify liao
Clearly 804 is going WAB next after mass deployment of A24s.
IMO..both 804 n 911 are just for show...svc like 812 deserves it..wdl prob 912 or 903..
Next probably is 300,812 and 900
SBST:
81, 107, 153

I guess after this round 900 and 901 will be WAB..
Reason why 81 isn't WAB is because of Tampines Bus Int Docking Berth which it isn't PIW friendly.
Same reason for many svc not WAB due to PIW unfriendly docking berth back then. TPY int is one reason (Unless they can do something like the old Yishun Int & the current BBT int, have a seperate berth for PIW to board only)

I just realized 925 926 not on the list. 925 is 100% WAB! I was expecting 854 next in the list, just transfer AMDEP duty to WLDEP and give DD.
