Look out for services 89 and 200 which had gotten some fleet upgrades recently.

I don't think it's going to happen anytime soon though. Unless they decide to kick off the Sv 89e buses all of a sudden and replace them all (except 3751Y) with WABs suddenly.. ![]()
Next round in July i predict 67,169,800,854,900,960 & 975

that time when 243 became WAB, at aroud June 2012, there was a major fleet change on the double decker buses. one day before the DDs all still the non-WAB type. then on the day, suddenly a whole new batch of DDs. now hardly there's a non-WAB in the fleet. I think only that one from 199 in the morning. and that CNG bus(es)...
anyway, just wanna say, I don't think current bus fleet is an indication that a bus service will become WAB. I think what is really an indication is when all the Bus Captains on that bus service have been trained to serve people in wheelchair.

Err, you're partially right on this, but it's not the only reason too.
Basically, from what I noticed, it boils down to several factors:
1) the no. of WABs vs non-WABs in the perm fleet (need at least 60% WABs in the fleet to hit the quota)
2) whether the BCs are already trained for Persons-in-Wheelchair (PIW) ferrying etc.
3) whether the stops along the route are able to pick up PIWs (although nowadays LTA like to give exceptions to selected bus stops if the bus stop is not suitable for PIW boarding)
4) whether the Interchanges themselves are capable of PIWs boarding or not.
And point 4) is actually the most critical factor why many of the svcs recently aren't granted WAB status yet. (I'm talking mostly on SBST ones, SMRT apparently live by their own set of standards for WAB statuses).
Best eg would be Sv 8 and Sv 81 which share the same type of head-in berths at Tampines Int. Granted that Sv 8 still needs 1 more WAB (17/29 = 58.6%), while Sv 81 already passes that quota (12/16 = 75%). But the main issue with them not getting the WAB status even though they've gotten their KUBs for years, lies with the current head-in berths not being PIW-friendly (after all, PIWs board from the rear doors, not the front doors).
So yeah, just some food for thought, I believe that all the 4 reasons I mentioned play a collective role in determining when they would grant WAB status to the services. Maybe there's other reasons for consideration which I left out, but my point is, no one reason is the sole source of the issue. Cheers. ![]()

I'm wondering why 925 haven't declare as a WAB service..
You can say that to 107 & 153 too

Happen everyday on 172 so long perm buses are in..and worse if NWAB cameos do 172...
Everyday, during AM peak 172S102, 172S105 and 172AM01 comes back to back. 172S102 perm bus is TIB1085G, 172S105 is a random bendy and 172AM01 is TIB714G.
Yesterday, even 172AM02 was a NWAB (TIB697Y) so during AM peak, there were 5 non WABs buses back to back (After 172AM02 was 172S104, another bendy slot)... and during non peak, 172AP01 and 172AP02 are back to back together, NWAB...
Today, 172S101 (comes before 172S102 during AM peak) was done by TIB715D so 4 back to back 172s were NWAB...
911 "WAB" day 2..

For Sv800 not really. SMB1469K got switched out of 800 thanks to the BC who renewed her bendy license, so SMB1469K's slot has been upgraded to a bendy which could be AMDEP Spare Habits or Ex-804 Habits. So that leaves only SMB3023A (as BSEP) as the only A22 Perm. The only worthy thing to mention about the WAB fleet for 800 is the occasional A24 cameo or the extra 1-3 BSEP A22 cameos subjected to each day

~ Bus TT do not even have WAB logo...forgotten or not ready for WAB?
Maybe the 2 A24s(8011/8012) might just slot into svc 911 later..

Originally posted by SBS7557R:When 176/188/990 first turned WAB, no WAB logos were sighted on the WABs deployed on those sv either. Later only spotted a few WL 176 WABs w/ the decals, but KJ still didn't put the decals for their A22s on sv176.
TT - TimeTable.
My guess for next round:
SBST: 84, 107, 153
SMRT: 812, 960
I think 193 is not WAB yet because of the non-WAB accessible bus stops (like 262)... Might have to wait for the MRT extension to open to see it go WAB.
812 might go WAB if the MAN A24s replaces the O405Gs (follow 804's footsteps), with some of these O405Gs to be given to 811 or even 851/854...
