  I don't think service 28's berth at Toa Payoh Interchange is wheelchair-accessible yet, though. Or maybe it is but the changes are so subtle (or I'm so blur) that I can't tell the difference.

  Saw the poster at Boon Lay Bus Interchange today. Was surprised to see Fast-Forward bus services. I guess this means now, they are starting to gradually launch Wheelchair Accessible bus services on special bus services (Fast-Forward, Express, Night Owl, etcetera), while they launch on the remaining basic bus services that are not yet Wheelchair Accessible bus services.
