He know la bro,What he meant last time 171 can use bendy but TIBS didnt want but he forget that the first TIBS bendy aka TIB838H used to perm on this svc.

Used to frequent Teck Whye quite a bit in 2009-2010 due to NS and kinda remember numerous times bendies plying on 307E. Seems like it was this amendment in 2012 that caused that sharp left turn at Teck Whye Lane. Wondering what prompted the route amendment then. What a pity, the bendies would really help Sv 307 loading and bunching problems and make the O405Gs useful at the same time.
Despite spammings of A22s into svc 903,912 and i see that these service still pass the minimum WAB quotas..A couple of A24s still deployed.

Actually its possible to make the left turn, just need traffic lights to mantain traffic imo. Saw it with my own eyes

What's with all the downgrades on 911/912/913? Its a disgrace.
If anything it proves SMRT is trying to make some services WAB while lacking optimized the resources to do so (eg not enough A24s). Adding more and more A22s will simply cause more service unreliability and bunching. Even more so with bunching at the interchange, casuing the rear buses to depart nearly empty, resulting in inefficient use of capacity. Don't believe me? See the excellent and world class state of 911, 912 and 913 these days. Bunching and triple bunching, coupled with mysterious long gaps between buses that is widespread.
Textbook mistake by SMRT of blindly pumping in buses. In my opinion, there's a limit to how many buses these short routes can have without affecting reliability or consistency. There will be a point where adding more buses will degrade performance and that is when upgrading an A22 to an A24 is far more sensible. Looks like SMRT has sprinted far beyond that point.

it was already the case, before it turn WAB....
there are already so much bunching esp on sv912..
maybe it is time to split up the routes.. for example 912A --> woodland to admiralty, 912B ---> woodlands to woodland train checkpoint.....

Then explain why until now there is no bendy on svc 307 if its possible?

Please continue posting these observations if u can, at least there'll be a record of the (pathetic) fleet composition.
SMRT's fetish with A22 spamming is the thin end of the wedge.

No choice cause they need to WAB their feeders and Intratowns no matter what it takes. This is also the time they test deploying more SDs and reduce bendies for their feeders/Intratowns.I expect the remaining feeders will be spammed with A22s also.
