I think it may be the TPY side that is giving problems... I may be wrong tho coz some svcs are WAB alr, just a possibility

Unlikely. You would know that 8 duplicates 90 completely till MacPherson Rd. Even the other bus stops along other roads 8 ply have WAB services
Not many people may take 8 but it would have been more if the bus service is WAB. The problem is that the space between one end-on berth and another at Tampines is very tight, therefore no space for ramp to be placed, unless there is a wide berth made for that purpose like how 852,853,855,857,39 & 85 pick up disabled people after picking up normal passengers. TPY is no problem because confirm got space for ramp to be placed on the floor between one end-on berth and another
170 is because of Larkin Terminal end-on berth previously until it was widened in January 2012. The space between one berth and another berth is very tight (without a proper island), is like Yong Peng's example or at the rest stop. A spot-check photo with a KUB on 170 shows that it has a wide space to bring wheelchair.
Wheelchair passengers are also under 3 out of 4 buses in 170. But PIWs are not allowed to travel beyond JB CIQ (JB City Square). Lift access/kerbside access/island chevron access is possible and guidance from service attendant (just like parent bring wheelchair child or if old enough, friend/spouse can bring wheelchair) is necessary at JB CIQ or Singapore CIQ. In addition, 160 / 170 lately have WAB buses since 2013/14.
160 / 950 is the same. But since 950 is WAB, 950's PIW can travel all the way to JB City Square only. 160 should do the same considering 100% stops are wheelchair-accessible. But those stops at Bukit Batok Road are served by SMRT's 180, who in turn served by bendy buses.

8, 10e, 23, 37, 81, 84, 160, 170/170A, 191, 193, 401, 533, 534, 535, 536, 538, 539, 544, 545, 555, 560, 561, 563 & 564 to be WAB.
Its not 16 routes, its 24 routes.
Thus leaving - 262 & 761 (one of the sole survivors).

From the looks of it, I think by this year every SBS Transit bus service will be wheelchair-accessible. Not bad. After ten years, they finally implement finish already.
Basically all SBST Svc is WAB liao..Unlike SMRT which depend heavily on O405Gs for their feeders..

I also noticed that the services already handed to TT are still in the poster.
Thats because some people are too ignorant to know WAB services. Even now TT has already gained full WAB services. If TT makes a poster of a list of WAB services that would mean that SBST might have not 'WAB' them in the first place

262 / 761 - some bus stops are too short, got to use Bowdoin method (6-car cannot be placed in)
193 - the road is messy and dusty. Don't forget Tuas West Extension is already been done.

When the Tampines Bus Interchange expansion is done in the next 3 months, expect the berths for these 3 services to be shifted there so that they can become WAB...

A very violent de-registration of O405Gs is expected to allow all the feeder/trunk services to convert to WAB. I dunno about NRs through.

All O405Gs will be de-registered sooner, latest all to be out by December 2017! Then no need to worry. LTA may supply A95 2-door for trunk and A95 3-door for feeder/problematic service.
