what penalty you are talking about? since the bus stops are not PIW friendly, so LTA should penalize LTA instead?
cant GA operate a bus service which is not WAB?

84 is the last HGDEP service to be non-WAB until 3 September 2016.

Service 84 is now WAB as shown on GA's service guide.

LTA bus arrival timing show that they are all non wab slots. Further seem like go ahead deploy two sv84 to depart together. Most of the timing are bunching timing

SBS Transit updated their WAB status for all their services.
SBS Transit is honored for former Clementi, Jurong East, Punggol & Pasir Ris services. Service 84 had went into WAB on 3 September 2016. The remaining routes are dependent on their skills and ability. Cross-border routes are also lialised with SPAD and it will only be official WAB when Malaysia is safe. For service 262, it will only be WAB from April 2017. 761 will no longer be operated by SBS Transit soon.

180, 964 turning WAB soon by December 2016.
Since Volvo B9TLs already debut on 964, it will be unwise to debut on a bus service that does not warrant WAB. The only crucial thing is to upgrade 2 SD to 2 DD on 912 and 2 SD to 2 DD on 913.

The following services turned WAB in September 2016:
160, 170/170A, 191, 193, 262, 761
For 160 and 170, we had a long-standing agreement with SPAD since 2014 to make it WAB.
Note: 8, 23, 46 and 81 sadly cannot become WAB. Its like GAMBLING when all the principles are not there.
Anyway, MediaCorp had moved to "end of 2016" instead of 2017 deadline.

In total, the only SBS non-WAB service now is 262 (AMK - Bishan Park).
SBS Transit updated it and said:
"All our bus services are wheelchair-accessible with the exception of 262. 262 will be wheelchair-accessible on April 2017".

Yes please. I checked the Woodlands & JB CIQ, they are allowed to take in PIW. They have wheelchair facilities. Just that it will wait longer.
I think 160 and 170 are WAB after 19 June 2016.
The only one not yet is 262, so wait until March 2017.

Must be they put wrongly? Bus apps still put as n-WAB. -
Woodlands feeders and intratowns failed WAB badly.
KJDEP can donate the two 176 A24 and AMDEP can donate 1 A24 from 811 to Wldep for svc 911,912 & 913.

Old bird mah,We didn't care that much..Try TT or GA make mistakes sure one Singapore know.
960 fleet is 16 O405Gs,8 A22s,10 DDs also barely passed by right,But again Wldep also short of DDs since they transferred many DDs to both KJDEP/AMDEP.LTA will need to feed them 60 more A95s again.

911 11/16 bus WAB (Confirm pass) 912 10/17 bus WAB (Barely pass) 913 8/18 bus WAB (fail) 900 just need to swap 2 bendies with A24 confirm pass WAB 901 9/12 buses, last time 12/12 buses WAB but 8017 8018 fly to 912, 8029 fly to 903 so 3 Habit sub them 903 current fleet normally i see 9 WAB buses out of 13 buses. (2 A22, 7 A24). 1197S still operating as the sole NWAB perm. 1104 1194 1195 running around
