Service 81...could be amended to terminate at Serangoon Interchange...
or...Service 81 would be withdrawn...Service 53 would be amended to loop into Serangoon Central->Upper Serangoon Road (taking over 81 route's)...bypassing Lorong Ah Soo...Lorong Ah Soo residents would be served by Kovan MRT then...so it's okay to take off 53 from Lorong Ah Soo...
Service 80 to terminate at New Bridge Road (since the rest of the route duplicates Svc 145)...Service 62 can be withdrawn...since some of its route is duplicated by 80...Hougang Ave 1 residents can still take Svc 321...
Svc 321 + Svc 32X can always combined to be a Townlink service.
Svc 327 + Svc 32X combined to be another Townlink service...
I agree with the Svc 103 + Svc 107 merging...although Svc 107 can be withdrawn...and Svc 103 route could be shortened to Serangoon Interchange or Hougang South/Central Interchange...
Possible to integrate Svc 97 + Svc 131 together...St Michael's to Jurong East.
Svc 111...can't think of how to amend this service yet...it provides Ghim Moh, C'wealth residents a faster link to Orchard...unless integrate Svc 123 and Svc 111 together...don't think 123 load factors r that good...Svc 123 Ghim Moh - Bt Merah...???

Regrading the withdrawal of service 81, please read all the posts above about the service, it just tell you why it can't be withdrawn.
Service 62 cannot be withdrawn, in my opinion, service 62 will be extended to Hougang Ctrl after NEL opens and it will covers the route of to-be-withdrawn service 321. Also, service 62 serve parts of MacPherson and Aljunied area, not served by service 80.
Service 103 need to provide a link between Jln Kayu and Upp Serangoon Rd.
Then what about the route of service 131 between Bt Merah and HarbourFront?
See my suggestion on how service 111 be integrated with service 65. Also, service 111 can't possibly integrate with service 123 considering the latter is a "stupid route" service.
I don't see why service 147 should be amended. -

Affected residents of Svc 131 can always to Henderson Road to board Svc 145...also at most it would only affect Telok Blangah Way and Lower Delta Road (has buses to Harbourfront)...
So at most it's only 3 to 5 bus stops that might be affected

No, service 80 provide a good link for passengers along Paya Lebar Rd and Geylang East Central going to the North-East and Chinatown area.
Which market is that? Is it the one near Queenstown MRT? In my opinion, diverting the service to Bt Merah would make the route even more "stupid". Beside this, there are too many services to Orchard area from Bt Merah. -

I believe after Circle Line opens, Sv. 53 will get diverted again(possibly more pain in the butt) or get withdrawn. After all Circle Line will be operated by SMRT.
