It seems like when things are going down slower, someone had been creating clones in my forums using my name and the others saw it they began to push the blame to me (sorry, no offence taken, this post is not directed at you).

SMRT train door buzzer still have ppl press it even before ppl begin boarding/ alighting, alrdy complain countless times..
SMRT is better because they satisfy your heavy acceleration nonsense. Dun next time cry all the engine worn off no more chionging... Buses all lambat.
i feedback to SMRT about the bus frequency problems and the bus conditions, they replied me within 3 weeks.
I feedback to SBS Transit before SMRT about the same issues, till now they have YET to reply. hmmm..
but maintainance wise, SBS Transit owns SMRT hands down.

My case was bus tailgating constantly and near accident side swipe w/ buses... Skipping of bus stop also. Cut queueing in jam also.
True enough, over bus dispatch I'd received the reply eons later from SBST, but meanwhile steps were sort of taken pretty fast..

yesterday sin min got complain as well. someone wrote in to complain about certain service (i think sv67)... the corp comm officer relpy in newspaper and ask that person to call her... that person call and waited long time but no answer and in the end left a message for her to return, but more than one week pass, the corp comms ppl never even return call... so he wrote in to complain again..
On the other hand, LTA should decrease the no. of cars on land. If not, there's gonna be jams even though u have 800 buses to add in.

Yes, Their scheduling is terrible. But did you look at their fleet standards? Infact I see some improvement in the way they change their fleets. The one that should look around is you.

They wouldn't do cause its one of the income...What they can play is High COE/ERP when new rails are constructed then after they get even they suka suka bring down COE till $100!
