SV103 T shift will run till 1600+ and handover the bus to P shift driver.
thats why only 10buses but 11 duties.
At no any one point there would be 11 buses running.

If Hong Kong wants to get MAN, maybe they will consider this.
Originally posted by carbikebus:I wonder why Mercedes Benz and MAN dont want to produce 12m tri-axles DD?Even Canada start using the E500s.MB can produce Citaro DD 10.7-11.3m 2 axles with OM906 7700cc and OM457 10700cc for the 12m tri-axles version..MAN also can produce 12m tri axles using either 320 or 360hp version and im pretty sure HK will be their first customer to order
I ABSOLUTELY disagree.
HK won't even dream of being their launch customer.
They have a grudge against MB for what I know, and MAN buses are not that suitable in H HK, due to their relatively harder method to maintain. Maybe they will get it lah but I double confirm plus chop they would be among the last of launch customers.

Previously known as DAF Bus.

Ohh bro must be talking about the CDGE lookalike? Yeah true anythin can happen butafter the Neoplan incident they did not dare to order German buses anymore... MAN buses may have a chance but HK definitely won't be first to buy (they will certainly doubt German products for a little while)...
Service 170 has 82 shifts on Saturdays. Would 81E and 82E be mistaken for jumbpus slots?

I don't think so... BTW, 8x duties are overnight parking slots, not jumpbus slots, sorry...

Green light given to test at least 12m + 3 doors SD/DD.....

Isn't that A/P shift and not T shift?
Originally posted by SBS3004X:Isn't that A/P shift and not T shift?
When a T shift ends, the bus will change to a P shift bus. If you notice, a T shift usually ends later than an A shift, so this is like a A/P kind of arrangement, but with the P shift starting later due to the T shift. This means that they would usually end later than normal A/P duties...

Bet Newton and Little India.. But now LTA said it will prune trees to accommodate DDs on 960 - so with that 48, 66, 67 should all become dd friendly.
