Space constraint. 965 does have a rest/terminating point at WRI. If 371 does not have parking space at Sengkang, then where do you expect it to park?

965 loops at Sengkang Int and does not require to park
cool man..

24 buses for 120 min run time means approximately 05-07 mins frequency.

2 hours for medium haul trunk?(Considered 972 ply expressway)? With 15 buses already drive like a tortoise at expressway and 24 buses how??Am/Pm peak also 24?

More to 2-4 mins during peak hours?Off peak 6-7 mins? What the hell sia?
Any guess where the remaining 10 bus packages will be?

Tat is the problem with our operator. 3 or 4 190 buses can overtake 972 on the expressway and the 972 driver just bla long long there.
I think this time more to LTA wisdom not SMRT...SMRT wait until bomb exploded then they will add 1-2 buses..Its LTA that are too generous without thinking the situation that the BCs will face on e road..Unless 972 extend to terminate at New Bridge Rd lor

But is it really 24 buses? That needs to be validated. From your observation, seems only 20... If it is 20 buses, then I think it is justified given bi-directional Senja routing and heavy loading on 972 in spite of Senja. So 20 buses is needed... 24 is too generous.
In that case, 972 can be extended to Shenton Way and 972A operates until Dhoby Ghaut.

The bus looks clean
Ive been offered a post as Senior Bus Captain 1 by SMRT but the problem is i will be based at Wldep for temporary until Amdep cleared for vacancy..Although i have a bike travel but i find that Wldep to Tampines is quite a distance compared to SMRT.Shall i grab or wait for the new operator to win Loyang?

I think why not you take up the job... Were you with SBST or SMRT?
Another question:
TIB 1098 U, TIB 1111 P are in WLDEP.. Aren't this were from AMDEP 851? So does it mean that it gotten transferred also with the former 811 buses huh?

TIB1098U was transferred nearly 5 years ago from AMDEP n then perm WLDEP 969.
TIB1111P spent its entire life at WLDEP so idk how u get the info that it is perm 851.

Ooh... IIRC boarding TIB1111P on 851 before... Hmmm... I noe its younger sibling TIB1112L is 851 perm...
How does rotating duties work on SMRT svc?
IIRC Larkin Terminal has a berth for SMRT Bus to terminate there. Is it still going to happen or a new X-border service gg to be introduced by SMRT?

~In the style of the questions asked in the Parliament~
Mr jurongresident: To ask the people participating in this forum why they choose to waste time recording bus fleets, recording cameos, recording their rides on public buses and trains, (usually) suggesting bus routes that have little or no meaning, taking pictures of buses, finding new bus stops, leaking information before the official sources, etcetera.
Let's assume you want to know the mathematical formula of calculating the alphabet suffix (checksum) of your vehicle and that formula is not available on the Internet. What would you do?
- Note down a sample of vehicle registrations?
- Compile them into a list, then sort by ascending order to try and discover a pattern?
- If that is insufficient, go get another set of samples again? Repeat process?
- Create sample mathematical formulas and test them to see if it checks out?
- Ask your friends if they knew the formula?
Of course, those who know the actual formula to the checksum won't waste their time doing any of the above.

Get enough samples and usuallly that will do the trick. Of course for what I was trying to find out, the formula was in a similar form as the Singapore vehicle registration so I found it easy.
