I believe u are one of the regular passengers of JIS routes.
All the remaining NAC VO2x will most probably be out by next year. Hopefully they go off earlier with the number of new WEGs coming in.

Without the series of 2x DDs, I wonder how life would have been in the era without the MRT. 2x DD was one of the main contributing factor that pushed OMO service into Singapore for good. The VO2x should be paraded round Orchard Rd before it bid farewell to Singapore. Yes, stuffy and hot.. But the VO2x has 200% more seats than the creepy Citaro

For an NAC bus, the VO2X was a pretty nice bus to take.
I would say I prefered it over the 0305 and LO2X.
Its quieter and a little less stuffy.

Another one of those complaint kings i suppose..Come on la without aircon also on a bus will die isit??And can bother explaining whats so bloody painful just to sit on a NAC DD??Is it as if like u r being roasted on hell??Its not like as if the bus is going to live forever goddamn it..Just a few more months also cannot wait.The ppl here r really too over pampered alr.

The VO2x were/are part and parcel of the NS experience for people who have been stationed in the west and do not drive to camp.. 182/M/193 VO2x packed to the brim every Friday book outs, even when the $1 Boon Lay bus snatches business.

Yeah true.I dont find the VO2X that horribly stuffy also.And i really love their engine sound.It just sounds ever so smooth to me.
Actually i dont mind having NAC DDs as a minority in the fleet also.Like somebody posted elsewhere that time,i dont mind saving a few cents on NAC bus rides. -

Bastard Gina,you'll never knew the excitement of driving a NAC buses.Ive drive the MKIIs and the CRBs before its like having extra horsepower and torque over your aircon counterparts.These buses I call them Hot Con.Ever drive Svc 11,112,113,103,354,358,358,403 when pax ask 'Uncle this bus no aircon one ah?I replied with a smile 'No mem it's Hot Con.But CRB a bit heng got blower just like VO2x.MKIIs one mostly kaput

The window is bolted shut la on most buses i think unless got those one or two only which can still somehow open..And u still call that NAC?? =.= -
more inclined to find SBS will retire them this yr. The $1 bus... How big Better than the older non aircon buses le, last time the window layout.. lol
