  I believe first impression counts, I don't think 167 got whole 496K-510C(1995-1998) 15 buses for no reason though, It doesn't make sense for you to take those dirty old nissan buses on 167 in the past to downtown to meet your friends,or joyride on, When the 'newer stuff' like mercedes benz keeps coming up with new buses, and impress people. Which do you prefer?

  No idea.. I suspect it's more of some technical / mechanical problems rather than an accident, because the bus has been missing for quite a long while.

  The press release clearly states run time will be increased by 4 to 8 min with the additional routing. If you do not wish to increase fleet size with this change, then bear with longer headways by 2-5min. And  QoS will fail for some routes just by this change.

  Increasing 1 bus will help to maintain the headways to be the same as before, as well as maintaining QoS.

  Means what now, there's an X-over from Sv 3 to 37? It's not like Sv 3 has enough buses to meet with the demand during AM Peak in the first place.

  Anyway some missing posts but I noticed from wiki and the bus itself:

  (BN SP)  (BN 10)

  Goes into Sv 10 with new Zyrtec-D ad. From wiki, Sv 10 showed to be missing a BNDEP bus from before, that's why 5006C went in. But which bus is this? The missing duty left by 2791M or some other bus?

  I don't think SMRT style is like SBST. Even if a bus still has an advertisement it could still be SP. Like 756K that has the NUS 2011/2012 ad but still not stick to a service.
