If it is Woodlands Bus park,WRBP should be
Can someone check for me what bus is on 1896B's slot on Sv 32 for this week? I have a feeling that that slot is covered for a KUB since early this week, spotted 8248B on that timing a few days ago.
Also, can someone update also if there's any bus consistently on Sv 5 recently? 8332R has been away from Sv 5 for at least 2 weeks, the 1st week was on Sv 359 replacing 858T, this week stuck on Sv 358 replacing some KUB everyday.

5039H and 5252H has been rotating on sv32 since monday this week. 1896B should be out and on townlink 359 perm more or less.
How about 1929R? Has it been running around on pasir ris townlink services this week? One of the buses replacing sv32 2 buses is probably 2833B instead and another kub, likely a batch 2 euro V.

I think 1896B is gonna perm 359 already. I didnt see 1929R on 358 anymore, seem to be jumping around. 1929R is being replaced by 8332R on the same slot on service 358.
Rui Jing, did u see 1929R on service 32? I think it returned to service 32 already.

2833B was on Sv 39 for one day this past week though. There should be KUBs going into BN side of 32 somehow or another soon, otherwise Sv 32 will never get WAB status. ![]()

Uh yes, 8332R is stuck on 358. Along with 8670P since the start of this week on Sv 358. No other consistent cameos for 358 or 359 this week other than the ones you mentioned.
But I think give it another week before confirming, given what happened last week when both 8332R & 1929R disappeared from the services they stuck to. If next week the arrangement is still as such, then 1896B & 8332R is for 359 & 358.
Me thinks the starter is toying with the idea of putting perm Citaros for 358 & 359 somehow, given that the Training Citaros have been going around on the eastern loops of both services in recent days.

Sure, shall observe for 1 more week. Actually putting a Citaro isn't a bad idea also. Good to see a citaro on these routes :) Anyways, SBS6223 was doing route familiarisation on service 359 this afternoon around 3.20pm for your information. ![]()

This is crazy. I don't see 700 having that much of it but 966 is too much.
190 I can understand, but 966 is too much.

You obviously haven't seen the demand for 966 during AM Peak...

Ok sure. I haven't been seeing the bus on 963 lately..

966's demand for AM peak I can keep quiet since I do not know, But they should convert splits into full day starters. Look at AM 171 I can more or less accept their standard, But 10 starts 9 splits is absurd.

Seen on 911 for the past 2 days. Probably joining SMB256P?

having 10 regulars and 9 splits would tell you the demand for 966 is very peakish. You can say that off peak demand is about 25% of peak demand, factoring in that off peak loads are not full to begin with.
There are other services that has a weightage of similar kind, 96, 151, 183, 806, some JIS services are some examples.

Since I don't know about the situation for 966, I'll keep quiet. But it won't help if they keep adding splits either. The best thing that might suit for 966 is to atleast convert 3-4 splits to full and keeping 5 splits.
Practical is better than theory alright, but keep adding splits isn't the solution either.
