all 4 buses are perm 10e and cross to the services as what you stated. all four buses may rotate amongst different duties.

So i presume its the same case as 30e, whereby the 4 VOs have 10e as their parent service instead?
So means Sv 10 cut 2 duties or in the first place they were S shift duties?
