I can now confirm that 8189M is the new bus that went in to sv15 after fleet add. 8189M has been consistently doing the slot after 1963R every day since last month including today. 8248B is likely a cameo on and off the past few months. Havent been seeing it lately on sv15.
Much less cleared your doubt.

Maybe it is also replacing another bus that might be out of sv15 too. Havent been seeing some of its kub euro V & IVs perm recently. I will try to look out for it to see whether it is on today.

today happened to see 8189 at TP to marine parade at 1615hrs. Different timeslot from your spotting.

Sometimes buses don't stick to the same slot though. Today I only managed to catch 8666C before 8262J on the same slot while yesterday it was 8322U at telok kurau. It is before 2795C ard 3.40pm.
