It would be interesting to know that despite China being a leading producer of solar panels, it came to my attention that even Bangladeshi NGOs only purchase such panels from Japan and Europe.
When asked why not China, the answer was in the tune of qualiy concerns.

Just to set the record straight, the Cummins engines that are in our public buses are all made in the UK (LO3x, Tridents, Lances, Darts, 135E, 137A), except for two of them which are made by Dongfeng Cummins installed on the Sunlongs.

This King Long bus is still around..... saw it at Boon Lay in the afternoon. Still in SBST livery minus the logo, and with trade plate. The bus become dirty liao, the rims are starting to turn black

They introduces new model (or facelift) very frequently. They are like selling prototype as final product. Because they are doing this, there is a problem on whether their customer can get the spare parts. Imagine you bought the 2010 Nov model, then from 2010 Nov to 2012 Sep, they may have released up to 10 other newer model and these new model maybe using the different spare parts.
