It is still the same as what SBS8676Z has said anyway.
There is not much difference whether a bus is deployed as spare in between deployments.

Anyways, FINALLY SBS973T received new yellow refurb seats. On 325 today. SBS941K on 89 today is repainted. -
SBS933J is repainted again.

Most likely the buses with blue seats mostly the DMs from HG. And also some buses which had yellow seats earlier but is in a bad state now.
Currently HG is refurbishing its buses from the 960s rego range. Many DMs before skipped this refurb process. BN currently only has 971Z and 993K with blue seats.

Your question's answer : These buses are LIKELY to be unextended. But some lister MAY extend. Those below the line are those which MAY extend as HGDEP/BNDEP/AMDEP/ARBP may not have refurbished them as Rui Jing had mentioned, refurbishing buses from 960's range but the yellow seats change has already reached SBS973T.

Err, I think you forgot 8563R which went to Training as well recently. 6256R is likely an addition for the training of BCs for Citaros, given there's like another 450 more coming?

It would be a surprise if 984L is extended, its suspension/chassis condition is on the atrocious side in my opinion.
