One flaw in your question. 27 meets both 65 and 80 at an avenue. It meets 80 at Hougang Ave 10 and then again at Punggol Road.

What I mean is that E terminates at the last bus stop which A called before it goes onto the expressway. Pan Pacific Hotel bus stop is not the last bus stop 36 called before it goes onto ECP.
By the way 195 did not call at Suntec City bus stop.

A connects MRT stations on all 4 lines and its starting and ending point is on the same line. A meets B only at its interchange but do not share a common stop. C connects 3 MRT stations on the same line and meets B in an avenue. D intersects with all three A, B and C. D has 3 MRT stations in common with A on the same line, no MRT station when its route is parallel to B, and meets C at one MRT station, after which it again intersects B and C at the junction of an avenue and drive.
Can you identify the 4 routes?
Hint: Either start with C or A.

It is SBST services.The line where the starting and ending point of route A is the red line. The line where the 3 MRT stops for service C are on same line is the green line. Now it should be easier, nah?? :)

A is a service that is somewhat an intratown between two towns, X and Z.
Both 2 towns share 1 thing in common, Q.
But service B is present in X and ONLY serves X.
Service C passes through both X and Y in a rough ''U'' shape and then meets up with D, E, F, G, and M.
Service D runs through town X but not Z.
Service E does not meet up in either X or Z, but in Y and W.
Service F also serves in both Y and W and X.
Service G does not serve either X, Y and Z, but only W.
Service H has similarities with service I. H meets up with all the services mentioned above.
Service I does not meet with Service B in any means and serves Z.
Service J meets up with ALL the services mentioned, including B. It shares a terminiating point with H.
