Nearby is absurd, not valid. Malaysia is out of Singapore... =.=
AND partial fleet is not counted.
This should rule out at least 10 of your possibilities.

Tpy is now under Brbp since 159/163 transfer to Hgdep.145/139 from Brbp to Buona Vista/Bt Merah is quite near no point dual control.43 Hgdep to Upp East Coast also very near..
List 3 consecutive regos perm under the same service with it's ad from the same company.
