There is a Volvo MkIII with Plate No. PZ2369Y which zooms past Buangkok Green everyday at around 7:30-7:50. Red and yellow in colour. Missed the engine sound of the Mk3s so much

Those are SBST die hard fans. If NEL and PGL/SKG LRT brokedown, they will keep quiet. If CCL/NSL/EWL brokedown, they will open new thread and start to make noise.

Better, re-edit your insult... Later the company can sue...
Like what I did for the citaros... Kena edited.
Bridging service only in the evening, not many people rushing back home. Try to be in my shoes. Stuck in Sengkang Station for more than half an hour. Imagine if students got exam on that day, confirm fail.
Go look at news yesterday, got one uncle complaining, no bridging service in the morning. SBST got many spare buses, no bridging service in the morning.
Times are bad.

While a welcomed improvement, commuters Channel NewsAsia spoke to gave SBS Transit the thumbs down for the way the delay was handled.
They still raised questions over the announcement of the delay earlier in the day.
The morning peak-hour crowd at Hougang Station was told to expect an average of 20 minutes' delay for service in both directions.
But for some commuters, the wait was as long as 50 minutes!
Over at Chinatown Station, there were similar frustrations that the wait was longer than announced.
"If it's going to take more than 10 to 15 minutes, just be honest about it so I can make an informed decision and not be so late...Don't keep promising it's going to be 10 or 15 minutes (delay) and it turned out to be 40 minutes," said a commuter.
Another commuter said: "I am from Sengkang and it took me like one hour and 20 minutes" compared to the usual "30 minutes".
One passenger, Mr Toh told MediaCorp that he was late for work and ended up leaving his job earlier than planned.
"I come late, at around 9.20am...late for around 20 minutes...start arguing (with the boss)...because of this thing...suddenly, I lost my job! Because of the MRT (delay). If nothing happens, I (can work) until Monday..."
In the afternoon, commuters were told to brace for more delays - of about 30 minutes - after SBS Transit found another fault, this time on the signalling system.
By the time the evening rush hour kicked in, some commuters said they would have to wait for multiple trains before they were able to board one because the station was packed.
One commuter also said he waited for about 10 minutes before he decided to take a shuttle bus.
Just brought the Mercedes Citaro G Articulated KEISEI Bus diecast at $14.95!

I agree. At least no one gets stuck in the train for hours suffocating. SMRT still epic fail
But Singaporeans got to reaffirm themselves that buses should be the primary option instead of rail because in the end, you still have to rely on buses. Rail is not reliable at all.
And SBST please reinstate 82, 97 and 111 back to Hougang and Punggol.
Lucky 857 still alive.
TIBS Service 804 route details in 2002. U-turning at Yishun Avenue 1 with full fleet rigids at that time. Taken from my Yishun Town Guide

Not yet... But bus pic from Lsk is available in BIS webpage.

BTW, I saw a bendy at Jln Bt Merah this morning at 8-8.30am. I also saw the same bus at Bt Merah Int, it seems to have parked at 167's lot instead of the lots for 176 and 851 bendies.
Could that have been TIB1241Y? I only saw it from afar.
Just saw a speed limit sign along Henderson Rd towards Bkt Merah...
It is supposed to be ''60'' but it was ''09''...
Are traffic supposed to speed at 9km/h there?
Who knows?
Plus it is perfectly upside-down.
Which Volvo B10M is your favourite?
MK1 (SBS9C)
MK2
MK3
MK4 DM
MK4 Strider
MK4 DM3500
For me, MK2. Very nice ZF 'cat' sound, especially DM ones. WA ones look fierce and classic. Always took them on 82, miss them so much...

325 almost got a full fleet of them IIRC.
For me, DM3500!
They're literally the most stylish SD on the roads when firstly introduced, especially SBS2779A, who seemed to be geared up for a war LOL
evening

I've never taken SBS9C.
MK2s are good! I like the NAC feel.
MK3s not bad, nice voith but my fav is SBS877M
MK4 DMs are good, nice ZF.
MK4 Striders are better than DMs, ZF sounds nicer, but noisier if heard from the outside.
MK4 DM3500 is totally the best! But the aircon is freeeeeeeeeezing... Much colder than the OC500LEs.

I like all of them Though MK4 Strider are my favorite due to its nice ZF sound and it looked more modern compared to the DM.
