Is that a possible reason why SMRT only have 51 Citaros in total (50 Production Batch + 1 Demonstrator)
Or because SBST got too many Citaros so if SMRT got more Citaros, Citaros will surely flood SG

No. SBST ordered around the same time SMRT ordered. Then Dailmer usually [ or so? ] caters to big orders first, more citaro will be delievered to SBST with higher piority and therefore SMRT decided to order only 50 units.
