Regarding the last 2 non a/c LO2x parked at Clementi and Orchard.
Are they still drivable or are they just a shell with the engine removed?
I think not drivable..
My last ride on LO2X was on Service 28, from Tampines Ave 9 to Ave 2. That time it didn't turn in to Tampines Mart area. After that, it was replaced with the new VSOs..

I never heard of SBS7197X parked at Orchard before...can someone elaborate on it?

Was a student of that school and have been in that 'student lounge' before. truth be told nobody bothered about that bus and it was just rotting away at that corner. iirc the bus was painted by the student council and they were kinda in charge.. well, perhaps being kept there is better than ending up in the scrapyard.

I see. I think its more of an aesthetic feature as its "forever empty", given that few hours I was in TJC for an event back when the photos were taken

Nice...most probably this bus was converted around 2006/2007.
