Sv 69's timesheet still had 4 non-WAB slots am I right?
The other time I took 1969A on 69, I also saw 1985C on 69

Today 1969A 1985C 2617J all 3 Striders did Sv 69. 2617J should be subbing 9819Y cause 9819Y went Sv 291 today.
I don't understand why 1969A stuck on 69 though. 81 on H1 schedule I think, thats why 1969A can afford to run around & stick to 69 lately.
Sooner or later 1969A also early de-reg I think. It's still unrefurbed that time you sat?

Myself = SBS1985C. I'm saying I been observing SBS1985C running on SBS1932E timings.
69 has special timetables during the Poly holidays. So I can't confirm the number of non-WAB slots.

Then they change the yellow seats again?

abit off-course, but 2614S did for eg. have its yellow seat covers changed to the newer ones when it got refurbed with the red a/c ducts. quite obvious the change cause the previous yellow covers were like the blackened ones.

I knew some buses did change to newer seat covers but I want to know whether SBS1969A is one of them? Like no, or so?
SBS2635G, SBS2647Y both repainted.
SBS2619D (BN 39), SBS2629A (BN 33/SP) both re-refurbished with new yellow seat covers replacing the previous older yellow versions. The brighter yellow colour with no stains is quite distinct.
SBS2622T (now BN 35) is safe from the scrapyard. One of the last to be with blue seats, it's now refurbished with new yellow seats, and hence it can go to Sv 35 to replace the de-reg 971Z. Joins its fellow former Sv 518 permer 1936U on Sv 35 as current Sv 35 perms again.
SBS2636D, SBS2642K, SBS2657T, SBS2681Y (HG 159) all with new red ducts and new paintwork recently. Joining 1977B & 1983H.
Its spares like 1978Z, 2647Y is also with a fresh new paint with new ducts.
Guess HG is able to save most of its Striders for scrapping soon.

Uh, me thinking if BNDEP will do last-min extension for 2604X. that bus has refurbished red A/C ducts, refurbished yellow seat covers as well. the only thing it didn't get was a repaint.

I also really hope so, but last-minute lifespan extension (as in some buses that were not extended in a particular batch of buses were extended some time later) were rare nowdays except for the case of SBS1909Z last year.
On a side note:
SBS2600G had been given a 2 years lifespan extension...
What's yours?
SBS2606R is still spotted at AMDEP lay up corner with ez-link readers removed after de-registration.
