  Don't think so. If sbst want to give 2 enhancements to this enhanced-services they would give both at 1 shot, not drag till so long. The 5/5 case most of the services also tio, I think is depot change or something liddat.

  927 has to comply w/ BSEP QoS max 20 mins headways for PM peak slot... I think for SMRT's QoS issue regarding headways, this is the only so called non compliance of the very bare minimum over headways [since the deadline is by 2014]...

  So far I saw 163's ETT Change on 15/4/2013. Seems to be a BSEP add. any other bus services u guys spotteD?

  Not under BSEP but sv135/138 timetable change from Tom. Sv138 added one crossover trip from sv135 in the morning

  From what I observe in 163's change of ett, it doesn't seem that 163 is getting any BSEP fleet add. But rather there's some adjustments between 163 and 163M. The non-WAB E-shift 163M will instead serve as a fleet add for full 163 route in the afternoon peak, while 1 163M trip will be cut.

  130 seriously need fleet add. Frequency is damn bloody poor some times p hour can wait up to 30 - 35 minutes and the bloody bus is so packed.

  Can consider feed-back to SBST.

  I think this bus svc need 2 AP and 1 splitter.

  Maybe it's due to the screwed up frequencies that caused 130 to be packed. For now I think improve freq can alr, if it's still crowded than we might consider adding Wrights or so...

  I agree. Just add 2 split shift DDs. Required towards Shenton Way in the morning peak, and evening peak also buses get super crowded at Bugis.

  Is service 74 part of BSEP?This bus service need to be full DD fleet during morning and evening peak hours because it would be always crowded during morning and evening peak hours.

  Nope, not even on Qing Ming Festival. I can see either passengers gave up on 130/130A and take Taxi, or take other possible transport. The no. of 130 passengers some how decrease a little. And the waiting time is a little long sometimes  The 130As macham only have 1 bus.

  130 heavy loading between Bendemeer Rd and Bugis. This is where sometimes pax cannot enter bus. and the frequency not good. one bus in 15 mins. so if u miss bus you wait for long. but if 1 bus is added, headway will reduce and then should be able to cope.

  you should brave the jam the same weekend to take a look at what happened to Sv 172 & 405 at CCK Cmty... It took 50 mins just to move 1km...
