  SAF & 3 star mentality.. of running buses... add more trips to incr capacity.. and so 963, 700, 966, 190 will fall into more losses... cos empty returning trips...

  Actually their running times should be revised.Whats the use of adding 3-4 buses when all of them are on split shift?169 for example they need more full day duties..

  sooner or later they'll realise keep so many buses just for peak hrs... LOL Depends on how you're going to do it la.. and sometimes also got inefficiency one.. like say Svs like 11... you want more frequent off peak.. gotta spare 1 more full day bus and BC enjoy longer break...
