  When is it taking effect? for yishun side i guess is 852 going from WL to KJ and 859 going to AM from WL then for Woodlands, is 178 and 187 giving some duties to KJ, Sembawang is 882 going WL. Bukit Panjang is 180, 700 and 970 going WL.

  859 is not affected because 859 is full WL. 882 is the sole fully controlled AM svc in SE to be transferred to WL

  (BR SP) - (BR 8)

  Still stuck on Sv 8 after several weeks. I know in between it did Sv 90 & 88, but then it somehow returned to do Sv 8 always the next day. Still stuck on Sv 8 today, and like what 'service_238' had suggested, 3166L should be replacing 9172D. Either way, it should be replacing one of the outgoing LO3xs from BR 8.

  Some one posted on around 6th dec that 3166 have the sv8 perm sticker.
