  I think more SDs are deployed due to the height restriction at Woodlands Int today. Opposite berth8 there's red I-section beam constructed. It seems to be that the height is not suitable for DDs. Which means the bus gotta stick to the side(near to berth area) to continue journey.

  Both common.... Since 105 still has B10M perms from HGDEP...
  DM3500s on 195 isn't rare... It had many since it got upgraded to a citaro fleet...

  Check carefully today. Are you sure it is 853? I saw 168K on 851 yesterday.
