  Svc 960 may have a high chance receiving new bendies first, I guess.

  Too many A22 buses deployed on 960, now very very de crowded...

  Agreed maybe 966. Dont think will be 960 as its not WAB. Maybe 851/966 cos they need bendies but cant have cos they are WAB
