anyway, there is a picture of a poster on the bus by SMRT & STK posted on facebook (but removed) that states that the bus is a Lion City GL. so it should be 18.75m long instead of 18m.

Even if the NG363F A24 chassis is bodied to 18.75m, it does not mean it automatically become a Lion's City G or GL, those are CBU buses by MAN.
SMB388S is still a NG363F A24 product with its own bodywork by Gemilang. It's incorrectly referred to by SMRT and MAN as Lion's City GL, which would mean the bus is shipped directly from Germany instead of chassis + GML bodywork. The bodywork design is based from the Lion's City G.
If like that everything NGXX3 is Lion's City G/GL la including the bus below? -

Unless BIS post picture is Gemilang bodywork otherwise no proof~ Got proof picture by SMRT and STK is Lion City GL bodywork by MAN. SMRT very good decision to buy good quality bodywork from MAN not put lousy bodywork~

A23 is the complete bus by MAN. A24 is the chassis only option.
