No mistake MAN say Lion City GL is 18.75 m and 3 doors and 360 hp~http://www.mantruckandbus.com/com/en/Bus_Detail_98903.html
This is an A24 with a separate bodywork. Do you call it a Lion's City G?

Lion City G customized bodywork~ Citaro G have customized bodywork also~

STK poster put GL which is 18.75m, which means the bus has approx. 60 seats. If you shave of the 0.75m then there should be around 54 seats...
BIS is the cause of all this flamewars. So if that is the root of it, let's shut it down!
I've seen the demo park side by side with other O405Gs and there's no significant extra length. Its the same length as the other O405Gs
To be precise, this A24 front and rear compartment length design is different from O405G... If you compare, the A24 front is shorter than our O405G, but the rear is longer than our O405G, so overall length add up to the same 18m... not 18.75m for your info...
If its 18.75m, you'll see either the A24 rear gets even longer, or the front is about the same as our O405G with same rear length... that would make it to 18.75m...

let's wait till it's on service and look at its seated capacity...
if it's 18m, the estimated seating capacity is about 56 seats... if it's 18.75m, the estimated seating capacity is about 62 seats...
then why does the STK poster put Lion's City GL?
then i also thought that gemilang does nothing else but to assemble the bodywork kits from MAN... which means the A24 is actually the MAN Lion's City GL, not just a chassis + a MAN bodywork which gemilang "copied"...

SG wiki states that box bendies are 17.7m, smileys are 17.8m, habits and volgrens are 17.9m...
my BC friend also said that the bus is slightly longer than usual...
By this website, you might get the answer...

That is a MAN NG313, one of Transperth's 3 CNG bendies. I believe this model has been superceded by the NG363 that SMB is supposedly getting.

i thought they are the same, except the horsepower rating?
Well.. I got bored of the A24 being in pictures. I will just wait...
*Starts Meditation*

dunno leh if seating capacity almost 60 its a GL (18.75m), if seating capacity around 55 its a G (18m)...
hope monday come out
At least I board the bus can, if I happen to board a Mandy.. I will try to count
Since the MAN Lion's City range of products are assembled by MAN themselves, is the bus itself an integral product, assembled by MAN themselves just as the Citaro Gs are assembled by Mercedes themselves? No right? So it should be a MAN NG363F (A24).
Should be 18m. Remember the high capacity tender by SMRT? It's general requirement is 18m for articulated bus.

the chassis arrived way before the tender was put up...
TBH, it looks short already(from the picture).
A24 possible in 18m/18.75m too
