That depends on luck, my friend.Guides Anyone? told me he got his guides stolen at Toa Payoh Bus Interchange when he exchange with Gus.chong. I think Gus.chong put 115 guides............
And you also mentions TIB1218R also fail the exchange.
Well, It LUCK.
Like me I found a stack of 95 guides at Clementi, I don't have to go to Kent Ridge or took 95 bus to get them.

Right. One of the service guides is 115.
You have to go very early otherwise it will be gone. I went there at 11am and I managed to get the coke guides. -

Yeah I put my guides at Boon Lay Int at the racks. I placed it behind 246 and SBS3010C could not find it.. -

3010, u dunno anything u dun anyhow bong okay. boy20 said that guides anyone? told him that they failed exchange at JURONG EAST MEET- 3 DECEMBER 2012. i went to tpy at 6 december 2012. So obviously, guides anyone planned the exchange BEFORE 3 december 2012. So if it is cleared, what was it still doing there? Simple logical reasonings.
U better get ur facts rite first. they dint even mention wad services. dun anyhow make false accusations.
