  How guides were sent to the Int/term, how guides are printed ... 1, If an int/term ran out of that particular Svc guide, the person in charge will call up the headquaters to order the guides. 2, hq person type out the format/info or guides. 3, Sent it to the contract printer . Printer will print the guides ( at least a few thousand for each svc per time). 4,Contracted printer will send the guides . When some svc turns wab, the hq will just add the wab logo and print it...
