  And I wish to ask whether there are older versions of guides in between versions which are not spotted (e.g. I have found service 109 guides with accurated date 10 Feb 2012, which is in between 3 Sep 2011 and 25 Jun 2012 versions)?

  There are indeed service 36 guides accurated as of 21 Oct 2012. I got them from Changi Airport a few days ago.
