  SBST printed a smaller amount of guides for Sv 20 & 141 as there will be a WAB reprint in Sep 2013 and they don't want the nonwab guides to go to "waste" like that of Sv 4

  Service 20 guides are plenty in buses. Service 141 guides are the ones not available for a long period of time.
