12:20pm running 912, there's still time to 5pm..o_O
I board the same slot for 2 times, first was TIB815Z[reported as pull over from 969, Indian Driver], rode at 12:22pm. 2nd time was TIB1071X, same driver again, this time saw the timetable 969S15?. It also happen to be around 12:34pm, and the time taken from Woodlands Reg. Int to Admiralty is about 10-14mins.

Strangely i recalled seeing this on 912 too one time at 12+ and then i saw it at 5pm on 969. TIB1071X is 969S152 though. I dont think there is S159

Don't rule out the possibility, either new timetable or I spotted wrongly. Cus I could clearly remember that I knew the number, but somehow mixed up later on.
Anyway, it departs around 12:20pm, reach Admiralty around 12:34pm, Opp Civic Centre around 1:28pm. Today also TIB1071X if Im not wrong.

If u spotted it at 1.28pm, it is most likely overtime for the driver coz from my knowledge, All S1 duty should be resting at 1.30pm even x-over S1 slots. S2 shift starts at 12+pm. I believe the SL is just doing overtime coz i really believe with certainty that S1 buses dont operate at 1.30pm unless pullover or overtime just like how WLDEP 925 x-over to 67 and have a very short split break.

I don't think u check Buses sgwiki. The sole 242 dd slot has been perm AM peak crossover to 179A for many years. Crossover is not perm. -

Saw it doing 169 on many weekends, before a period of random buses under the slot before 169AM07/169PM07(TIB815Z) and it returned to the exact same slot it did before its 'break'. TIB779U, which used to take this slot, is now under 169TQ1, behind TIB815Z.

I wouldnt say weekends, i do saw 483Y on sunday on 856 for almost every sunday

Nothing wrong to return on perm service though. TIB445H and TIB792E only appeared on Sundays on 962 and Saturday i have never seen 445H on 962

ICIC..sorry..coz I see some of the crossovers sgwiki did put but with a star (at least for the SMRT part). And I only checked the main page that has all regos. Didn't go to the service page. Plus I have posted this quite a few times in cameo spotting but no one tell me leh..Now I know :) -

Never see it on weekends, seems that TIB744U and TIB815Z operate on weekends to help cope with the lesser buses (mainly most of the bendies going spare) on weekends. I've also noticed that the O405s are rather consistent on 169 on weekends (except TIB735X)

Of course u never see it on weekends, Most if not all split BSEP operates on weekends. If u dont believe me, u can go walk past WLBP and see a row of BSEP MANs from SMB3001M onwards and it is not a spare btw. It is still (WLDEP 169) only. U have a lot to learn seriously

so are you going to say every single split shift bus which doesn't operate on weekends are spares? every single bendy from all smrt services which dont operate on weekends are spare?? things dont work that way

Bro,split shift buses normally would rest or do other svc during weekends and public holidays.So if say eg:SMB388S split shift bus on 190,Saturdays it can do 67,106 etc and sometimes during saturdays also can do T shift on 190 and other svc on Sundays..

Weird la,If really the bus you observed perm on svc xxx during weekdays and constantly doing svc xxy on sundays and PHs then can assume its perm xxx/xxy
